Prof. Søren Rittig, Gender differences in bedwetting

ESPU congress, October 2015, Prague Czech Republic

Q: Does our current knowledge of gender differences in enuresis allow us to tailor treatment differently for boys and for girls? In your opinion, can this lead to a future change in guidelines, that will take gender into account concerning treatment?

A: There might be a difference in boys and girls and the sensitivity for treatment like desmopressin.
