Nocturnal Enuresis and Secondary Effects on the Child and Parents

Category description

Night-time incontinence does not only affect the sleep quality of the children, but can lead to psychological problems for both children and their parents. It has a negative impact on the children’s self-esteem and performance. In addition, it has been shown that many parents are not aware of causes and treatment options; there is clearly a need for more counselling.
