Nocturnal Enuresis and Overactive Bladder

Overactive bladder syndrome is characterised by frequent urination, nocturia, urgency and urge incontinence. While its etiology is not fully known, it is frequently associated with detrusor overactivity. Nighttime overactive bladder may be, in combination with a high arousal, a cause for nocturnal enuresis
